After nearly 10 years without problem, the programme (recently updated) refuses to load the data. It also requires me to 'Update the Default Password'. How is that accomplished please? And will that cure the problem (I hope...)

What could be the problem when Sunny Explorer doesn't find my inverter (STP 10000TL)? It's wired to my network. I can see it with "ping". Sunny portal works fine. So what could be problem? I'm using version 1.07.20R The latest, as far as I'm aware.

If you are connecting through a router, then connect to router and disable firewall and any other security options because if the device sends strange packets, the firewall might block it. Additionally, make sure that your computer has the firewall turned off as well.

Yes, it is possible to install Sunny Explorer at two PCs, one desktop, and one laptop.
Since I upgraded my laptop to Window 10, Sunny explorer does not operate anymore. Do you have a solution for this problem?
Try downloading the latest version. I run it fine on Windows 10 (x64). It does take quite a while to launch, but it works fine.
